The “Stick it to Walker” campaign is reportedly a right-wing conspiracy to make “boycotters” look bad, but I thought I’d share the stickers anyway.

It has been my view for a long time now that the ultra-rich in America have accumulated so much wealth that they find nothing left to spend it on other than political influence. This influence-spending has produced big results–tax code revisions, industrial and commercial deregulation, subsidies for certain industries and so on. As such, the ultra wealthy are now accustomed to (and will settle for nothing less than) an ever-increasing rate of wealth accumulation. To stay ultra rich is no longer enough. To accumulate more wealth at a constant rate is no longer enough. In math terms, they require a positive second derivative for their wealth curve.
